Anna J. Breimer Bharati leads her own consulting company The Breimer Group. She is also the Creator of Tomorrow College & Courageous Teams. 

 

Prior to that, Anna was the Head of Strategy, Design & Talent for Tribe Theory, one of Singapore’s hottest startups, backed by global funding. Previously, she was a Senior Expert Associate Partner with McKinsey & Company in Singapore, where she led the People Analytics work for Asia, where she worked with Melody on the topics of recruiting and talent. Prior to that she worked with Philips in Singapore to develop the three-year growth strategy for the Asia Pacific region.

 

Anna is an experienced visiting lecturer at the National University Singapore, Nanyang Technological University, INSEAD Business School and the University of Southern California – Marshall Business School. She teaches topics related to Strategy, Organizational Behavior and Leadership. She develops her own curriculum on People Strategy, Leadership Reimagined, Diversity & Inclusion, Leadership Lessons from Sports, Leadership Decision Biases and other topics.

Anna holds a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD Singapore with an exchange with the Kellogg School of Management - Northwestern University in Chicago.
